If my experience is anything to go by, you will find this sort of thing happens more and more frequently as the years go by.

That should be fixed now via the fix-listening-status branch on my Github repository, which can be installed temporarily like this:
npm install bartbutenaers/node-red-contrib-onvif-nodes#fix-listening-status
