Node-Red OPC UA Clients

Hi all, I'm currently trying OPC UA connection on Node-Red

Somehow, most of my OPC UA clients is not working.

The IMG is the snapshot of my OPC UA Item in a JSON format.
The clients have an interval of 1 second.
Anything that I can do to solve this problem?
