The opening environment in CMD is normal
Node-red has been crashed by the contrib node Node-red-contrib-qcloud-iotexplorer
This is due to poor error handling in the contrib node. You should report this on the GitHub repository.
Ps, by the looks of it, that node is just MQTT Pub/Sub - you can do this with standard MQTT built in nodes.
But now I can't enter and modify it
Start node-red in safe mode
node-red --safe
