Im trying to connect to a siemens plc for the first time.
Getting this error in Debug.
"Error: PLC error [0x8104]: This service is not implemented on the module or a frame error was reported.
Already have optimized data block unchecked.
writing to a global data block.
And i have permit access with PUT/GET communication enabled.
Still no luck. S7 node out shows its online.
Any other ideas?

I have used yet the S7 node with a 1212C CPU, but I never had an error like this.
Do you have insert the correct PLC Position in the Rack textbox?
Also the Variable Declaration in the Node should be written in a correct format like this:

Can you please share your flow?
I actually did get it to work now. Deleted the whole program and hardware in TIA portal,
started over from scratch, following above instruction exactly, and it did work thanks.
Where can i find more info on using S7 1200 with node red?
I wanna use a RTD module to send temp to node red
