i didn't find the exec node , for storing iot data on database (mariadb)

Sorry, what has this to do with uibuilder?

Mariadb is similar to mysql. You should be able to install the mysql node and use that directly instead. The exec node should be in the left hand palette unless it has been blocked by some configuration or settings change.
