Node red wont't start - erro

Hi all - new to the forum and node red.
I installed node red last night and it a working fine. I wanted to use a gauge so tonight I installed node-red-dashboard. I must have done something wrong cause now I can't get node red to run -

It's probably been answered many times before but my searches didn't turn up anything helpful.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no avail !! I running window 10.
