NodeRed in container with Shelly Node?

Hi, my NR is running in a Docker container with IP adress + port. Now i just bought some Shelly window2 connectors and the readme of the node says, I should use callback and not pulling. But I have to set a server and a port, how or where can I do this?

Or would it be betther, to use MQTT?
