Assuming you are using the excellent node-red-contrib-telegrambot, there is a whole bunch of examples that you can import.
In the node-red editor, press ctrl+i (might me CMD+i on a Mac), select examples, then look for node-red-contrib-telegrambot
No puedo ingresar al editor tengo la IP pero no puedo ingresar al editor
