Parsing an url into a ui_template node

Hello, I have got this UI_template node containing an embeded html graph from an emoncms database. I would like to be able to parse in the html data from the outside whilst keeping all functionallity of the embed because I need to be able to change a small part of the url easily.

Here is the HTML embed from inside the ui_template node with the URL omitted from the "src" field and replaced with [url].
