Problem with Time Picker Node

Hello,

I recently updated "node-red-dashboard" to version 3.5.0, and ever since then, I've been experiencing issues with my time picker. When I send a payload like "12:00" to the time picker, it displays "13:00" instead. Additionally, when I try to select a specific time using the time picker, it automatically adds +1 hour to my selection. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

What time picker node are you using (full name please node-red-?????????)

i'm using the "ui_text_input" (from node-red-dashboard ) and chose the time picker option.
