I now have used a couple of hours to try and send data to airtable.
I have 4 columns. like this
The content of the Function node is this
And I like to create a new line with Name, Time, Prs and Dato
I really hope some one can help me....

Feed the output of the function node into a debug node set to show the full message and see what it shows.
If that looks ok then show us what you get and tell us which node you are using. Possibly node-red-contrib-something.

Select the airtable node and Export it and paste it here.
