Proposal: allow multi-line node category in editor palette

Currently, a long category name of nodes is displayed in clipped text with ellipsis at end. as shown below.

The whole category name can be referred to by mouse-over on it. However, finding a category is difficult if there are many categories with same prefix.

Therefore, I'd like to propose to change the appearence of a long category name in Node-RED editor palette from one line with clipping to multi-lines as follows.

I always try to think of a clear and short name, but sometimes it is hard to make it in one line.
So I think that this feature is useful, although I should not use this too much.

I think that the category field is important because it sometimes contains product name.
