Receive events from callbacks server to admin configuration HTTPS endpoint

Hello,

I created an admin configuration API HTTPS Endpoint that works properly.
Now, I want to receive events from the Callbacks-Server of a REST API and I am not sure how to do this.
The Node-RED UI is available at http://localhost:1880/.
Should I create another server for that?

Any response will be appreciated!!!
