Hello, I have node red installed on my computer and I would like to be able to send different types of data from there to another node red but installed in aws ec2 service.

An easy way to communicate between two node-red instances is to use MQTT. Are you using MQTT already?
I don't use aws but I presume that for your requirement one would install the broker on aws along with node-red.
