Hello, is it possible to access the raspberry serial ports with the NODE-RD in IBM?
Your BlueMix service is running on some virtual machine on a server in the cloud. It has no access back to the RPi you are using, or any of its hardware, like serial ports.
It sounds like you want to install/run node-red locally on the RPi hardware. Then your node-red server can access your serial ports. However, you will only have access to node-red from either the RPi or another PC/Mac/Pi that is also connected to the same local network.
