Software specialist needed

I am a developer at present mainly for the hardware and the system design. I looking for a software specialist who can do the software for our system. For doing the software, have to explain about the functions and existing design. Practically it will be a solar controller with graphic touch screen working with Raspberri. Controlling inverters working with solar panels and batteries to make a company nearly independant of external power supply.
Battery handling and controls coming from us.

Thank for the explanation.

Is this a "Job" offer?
its better to move it over to the #Jobs category if so. :slightly_smiling_face:

Just edit your post todo so, I haven't, just in case I'm incorrect

Partly its a job offer, should go to this category.

@PHYHAN I’ve moved your post here, in its own topic, and categorised it appropriately.

Thank you perfect

Hi PHYHAN
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Software Specialist position for your Solar Controller system on the Raspberry Pi platform.

Based on your description, my technical background is highly aligned with your project's direction. I specialize in designing control dashboards and energy monitoring systems using Node-RED, a powerful tool that is exceptionally compatible with Raspberry Pi environments.

Key Experience: I have successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive energy monitoring system for 70 apartments in Denmark. This project demanded precise data processing and an intuitive user interface, directly mirroring your goal of achieving energy independence through efficient solar and battery management.

I am confident that I can assist you in building the most effective software solution for controlling your Inverters and Battery systems.

I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how I can contribute to your team. You can reach me directly at trieuvi5522@gmail.com, or please let me know the best way to contact you.

Hi PHYHAN, I’ve spent 5+ years building software systems that sit right at the intersection of hardware, real-time control logic, and user-facing interfaces, the exact spot where your solar controller lives. A Raspberry Pi–driven touchscreen UI layered on top of inverter controls, solar routing logic, and battery management isn’t just another software project. It’s a living system that demands stability, low-latency responses, safe state transitions, clear visualization, and tight integration with whatever logic you already have in Node-RED.
That’s the lane I operate in daily.

I can work with the architecture you’ve already built, map out the full function flow, translate your hardware-level logic into clean, maintainable software, and design a touchscreen UI that is intuitive even when the underlying system complexity is anything but. Think: real-time metrics, prioritized state messaging, fault handling, smooth UX on resource-limited hardware, and a future-proof codebase that can grow with your hardware roadmap.

  • Strong experience building control dashboards and embedded-style interfaces
  • Deep understanding of API-driven hardware logic, event flows, and system orchestration
  • Comfort working with low-power devices like Raspberry Pi, integrating GPIO logic, Python processes, or Node-RED flows
  • Ability to translate technical hardware language into clean software structures
  • A collaborative mindset — I adapt to your existing system instead of forcing a new one

You know exactly how you want the hardware to behave. My role is to translate that into a robust, reliable, well-structured software layer that never surprises you and always reflects real-world system states accurately.

Talk soon,
Serhii (skorol.dev@gmail.com)

If you want to contact him, maybe a PM is more likely to be seen than replying to his topic.
