Split string with substring() or slice in node-red on hassio

Hi, I have a question. I can’t split or slice string in node-red that on hassio
but I tried on node-red run locally on my computer it’s work

Can you share exactly what the message looks like in both cases? It isn't clear what property you are trying to split in the two screen shots.
