Did you install the windows build tools as described in the docs for installing on windows ?

Did you see in the instructions is says " using the command prompt as an Administrator :"

Is that all it shows? It didn't stop at that point surely.

How long did you wait for it to finish? It is still running.

it was completed in like 5 seconds. I still left it running but nothing is changing
