The x axis on my dashboard charts have recently started showing the wrong time is one hour behind.
new Date() and the Node Red instance terminal give the correct time. Can someone explain why that is?

Did it start failing when the clocks changed? Is your operating system date correctly configured for that? If on a Linux system what does the date command show on a terminal in the machine running node red and on the machine running the browser?
How about the local time where you open the dashboard (laptop/pc/mobile)?
Thanks @Colin and @andrei-tatar for the suggestions. I realised that this only occurs on one computer, my work PC. This PC shows the correct time but the NR dashboard has been one hour off for a few days. With all other computer the dashboard showed the correct time. I restarted the PC and now all is fine. Problem solved I guess.
