Truenas jail to notify node-red

Hello i am trying to do a small telegram flow that will...

once a download is completed on torrent jail on truenas
i will send a msg to node-red

i have tried...

  1. send mqtt from console , but i am not able to find mosqitto clinet for the jail

  2. send post request ... but not able to cath it in node red

any ideas how to make any of the above work?
or maybe something else?
