The first rule of uibuilder is ... there are no rules! That's kind of the point. Do whatever works for you Looks good.
Of course, if you ever need help getting something going, just shout out. Certainly I'm not a Vue/bootstrap expert but some others on here are pretty good. And you can always use something else if you find you are fighting the framework. For example, if you are OK with JavaScript, you might find it easier just to use jQuery instead of Vue - some people even use jQuery with Vue though that shouldn't really be needed.
