Uibuilder - sync button status across multiple web browsers

I hv setup the uibuilder caching examples and I can get the updated button state ONLY when I hit the refresh button on the browser ...

How can I have the other browsers sync itself immediately ( without pressing the refresh button ) when I pressed a button on or off ...
