Updating a flow example

I just uploaded my first flow example (Tasmota power-plug with HTTP) and I noticed that it was automatically forwarded to GitHub. Now I have to update the flow, but I didn't see any possibility in Node-RED. But I could update the flow in GitHub, the change though, didn't come back to Node-RED.
How should I handle updates in this case?
