I notice this has now been moved from "up next" to "blocked".
Does that mean it is no longer being looked at, or there will be a significant delay in implementing or ... ?

Was that @gayanSandamal got stuck on the work, and we've since had to pull in other priorities. If someone wants to take it, they're welcome to. I think it was mostly CSS issues that was holding us up from being able to merge the work.
Happy to look at it but I even had trouble rendering their test data, which made me think there was something more than just css.
