Warning for Un deployed Changes if Wiring is changed

There is a feature to alert if there are any undeployed changes in a flow by having a blue dot on the changed node. But is there any similar feature to see if any wiring is changed / added /removed from flow ?

I apologize if I have missed out if any such feature already present.

No - there is no visual indication as to which wires have been modified.
