When trying to log in to flows.nodered.org, 400 error

Hi!

I'm trying to log in (and create a new account) on flows.nodered.org and getting a 400 error response with the content

TypeError: db.users.insert is not a function

after authorizing on GitHub.

I wasn't sure where to put this. Is this a known issue?

I'm using Firefox 132.0.1 on Linux.

I don't have any issue loging into the flows website via GitHub - but I have been active using this method for sometime

@knolleary - this might be more your area?
