Why is "JSON or Url Encoded" node not updating?

Hi,

Usually as I mod the code of the node, it adds output pins/ports
but now it does not work anymore

am I missing something ? why output ports are not added as I click DONE ?

The number of outputs is set on the 'setup' tab.

They mean that you need to deploy the flow. You have made a change to the node, moved it, or it is a new node.
