Add link to node's website in palette management for installed nodes

This one is bugging me since I started using Node RED for the first time and I wonder why I can't find a feature request for this. Maybe I'm missing something.

Anyway, to reproduce what I'm asking for:

Currently

  1. Go to menu -> Manage palette
  2. On "Palette", "Nodes" see your current installed nodes
  3. Find the ones that have available updates
  4. Use the mouse and mark the node's name
  5. Copy the name to the clipboard
  6. Click on install tab
  7. Paste the name
  8. Now you see and click the link to the node's website so you can read change notes

Ideally

  1. Go to menu -> Manage palette
  2. On "Palette", "Nodes" see your current installed nodes
  3. Allow filtering for nodes with updates
  4. Add the link to the node's website (from step 8 above) directly to the list of installed nodes so that is no longer necessary to copy and paste the name into the install tab

I agree, it's odd that when you search for (uninstalled) nodes there is a link to the node's page on flows.nodered.org but the installed nodes don't have one.

A button on the hamburger menu or in User Settings to restart Node-Red after updating nodes would be nice too.
