Adding someone elses JS file into a node-red-dashboard ui-template

If I wanted to use a rotary knob rather than a slider a previous forum had suggested using the jogDial.js detailed in the link below;

If I wanted to import this into a node-red-dashboard ui-template in order to use it within my dashboard how would I go about that?
