I have an air purifier 3. I am now connected to the unit (I found the token). I control the device (ON, OFF ...).
I do not know how to set the data reading from the device. (air quality, temperature, humidity)

Your question doesn't give us very much information to help you.
What is an air purifier 3? Do you have a link to any relevant documentation? How are you connecting to the device? What nodes are you using?

There isn't much information in that nodes README. Have you put a debug node (set to display 'Complete msg object') on it's output to see what comes back?
