I just published node-red-contrib-pico2wave to npm and the flows library:
This node is a simple interface for the Svox pico text to speech tool that allows you to generate spoken audio from a string in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish. The resulting audio can be written as a file or it can be send as a wav buffer in the msg.payload.
