Auto Create new flow

I know how to upload a json file ,then it will create a new flow，but I want to come true this process in program.Do you have some advises?Thanks!

can you explain a bit more what you would like to do?

I would guess this is about somehow triggering the Import > clipboard > as a new flow using an API call. It is for @cherryhdt to confirm of course.
