Best Way to Package Data to Send

Hi All,

I am sending data from a Siemens PLC to an OPCUA database which then through Node-Red sends to a Ubidots dashboard. In the PLC we have several events set up for "feeding" our machines. Our machines are digesters that take food loads every so often. We just want to package up the data for an entire feed to be able to send that feed to Ubidots as one visible thing. Is there a way to do this?

For example, we'd want the user ID of the person loading, event saying the lid was opened, the weight change, and the event saying lid closed, all encompassing the "feed"

Any tips would be helpful.
