Build @node-red/editor-client

I have some changes in deploy.js @node-red/editor-client. How can I build it and work with the node-red system?

Sorry but I'm understanding Grunt is building for node-red as well, but what if I only want to build for @node-red/editor-client?

The grunt build task rebuilds the editor.
