Can we use node red to monitor and log data of 350 energy meter. One energy meter give 10 data it means total 3500 tag to read and log. Is it possible to do this EMS project with node red.
Yes you can, but it exists ready made systems for that purpose which cost way less than what youd pay to develop in node-red for sure.
On site many third party device are present that why we want to use node red and client also want to monitor data remotely other wise we also did project in power monitoring expert by schneider electric.
If you need to run your nodered in ARM machine, we supply netgate to sample energy meter data via ModBUS or OPCUA.
The DLT645 protocol meter is supported.
