Cannot change height box when width box > 30

Hi,

I follow this topic now I can increase the size of my chart over 30 boxes. but I only need height = 8 box. But when the width size is > 30 boxes I cannot change the height size. Can you guy suggest

In the Dashboard select edit for the relevant tab. Click on the open padlock in the relevant Group, so that it is shut (take it of 'auto'), then click and drag the little arrow in bottom right hand corner down as far as you want
