Can't Access Weather Underground

I think my API Key is good, however I keep getting this error when trying to access WU on my Magic mirror running Node Red
You don't have permission to access "http://api.weather.com/v2/pws/observations/current?" on this server.

I'm good to go. Used a previous key that I had, now am able to get in.

I thought Weather Underground has ceased to provide a free API. Is it still available? Do let me know. Or are you a paid user?

The topic says and the post says Weather Underground. Rather puzzling. So weather.com is Weather Underground? I'd like to find out more.
