Create Subflow dynamic

Hello Friends,

i am working with Node-Red for a couple Weeks now.

We are working with the ui-graphics-node

My actual Question: Can Nodes create other Nodes or Subflows?
For example: A function that creates subflows.
In the Documentation of Subflows is written about the following:

Can you access/use this Action core:create-subflow ?
