Dashboard 2 + Librewolf browser = blank dashboard panel in editor

Hi All, I am trying to use Node-Red + Dashboard 2 with the security hardened version of Firefox - Librewolf.

Everything works in general except that the dashboard editor side panel is always blank.

  • The panel is fine in other editors (eg: Brave)
  • I have removed and reinstalled Node-Red and Dashboard 2 - including doing an rm -rf of the whole folder structure.
  • I have cleared the browser cache and cookies.

I can switch my working to Brave, but I am curious to see whether I can get everything working in Librewolf, which is my browser of choice. I have tried playing with the browser's enhanced security settings and added exceptions to the Node-Red server but still no joy.

Does anyone else use this browser and has made it work. It's fine on my soon-to-be-replaced older IoT server with the original dashboard tools.

I tried LibreWolf as a PortableApp on my PC (Node-red on a Pi):

It seems fine to me. Dashboard 2 looks OK too.

Check the browser developer console for errors.
