Dashboard Nodes Changing Position (nodes size locked)

I have the following dashboard group that keeps reverting back to looking like this.

Here is what it's set to before it changes on it's own.

All the nodes are locked and set to the correct width x height. Not sure why they keep changing back to jumbled mess.

Any suggestions?

I don't know if it will help but I have found that a row of blank spaces beneath a ui element sometimes stops this. (so a blank row beneath the Form ui)
