Dashboard2: standard text-element / switch-element - different label color AND vertical alignment off?

Hi there,

has anyone made the following observations?

1. red cross - vertical alignment off towards top on all items, including menu

2. red arrows - different standard label color

Add to this:

on belows picture you can see, that the switch element's label (Kino) is dimmer than the text element's label (Ist)
