i have removed some unused nodes from the pallette and unused code from the node makes a big difference in overall cpu load ( to a load average of 0.8 on 15 min, what was before 1.24) ... but icannot say this makes a big improvement on the speed the timestamp appears iin de debug window. for now i will use the console to debug... thanks for the help.
Did you try going back to an empty flows file?
