E-mail node on IBM NR

Hello guys! I'm running NR on the IBM Cloud and I can't find the e-mail node nor the 'Social' category. You guys would know how to install it?

quick install is to use the Menu - Manage Palette and install node-red-node-email
but to do it properly (to survive instance reboots etc) you need to add that to your package.json file using the deployment pipeline tools

For some reason I'm getting an error why I try to install it using the Manage Palette.

Failed to install: node-red-node-email
Install failed
Check the log for more information

Any more ? There is no error there ?

Yeah, nothing else... I try to install it and that's whats happens.
