I have Ecobee integrated into Home Assistant and have 2 custom preset modes "School Day" and "Guest Mode". I can use the call service to change the default ones just fine home, away, sleep, but for some reason it will not work when I try to change to school day or guest mode. Are we not allowed to use custom ones? When I check Home Assistant I see the preset_modes
