Anyone know if is possible or how edit the dashboard layout to put a group node under another?
No, there's no way to change positions of groups. Until there enough space on right side of previous group, they will stand side by side. With small screen like phone there is less space available and groups aligned into vertical stack.
The underlying system called card layout and it helps in the way to get organized layout but still be supportive over different devices and screensizes.

If you increase the width of the first group so there is not room beside it then you will get what you want. Or/and increase the width of the second one.
Alternatively put all the widgets in one group, then you can position them as you like.
