Hello everyone, I'm a newie with home assistant and Nod-Red, i was trying to program an automation for my roller shutter so it can close when there is bad weather, but I cannot go past this API error... thank u for your help beforehand.

Before we start, if the error is with Home Assistant, then you will need to seek support from HA, also note - many here do not use HA, we can only help with Node RED specifics
With that dance out of the way - what does the blue node want? if you do not know then you will need to find out from HA, it seems it needs a message property (do remember many here do not use HA)
try using {"message":payload.detail} where is asks for Data in the node
