Errors removing node tts-ultimate

I am having issues with removing the node node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate

Node red is working ok, but after I removed this node from node-red, I get following message during start-up of node-red,

Presumably you have checked for unused config nodes?

How did you remove the node?

  • delete the dir/files from .node-red/node-modules?
  • using the palette manager?
  • using command line npm remove ...

TBH: Regardless of the above question, I suspect this is related to a buggy version of npm where temporary directories were left behind during failed installs.

I suspect deleting the directory /home/pi/.node-red/node_modules/.node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate-fe4jhxbd/ and restarting will solve your issues.

Yes, I did.

I used the palletmanager, as always.

I will try deleting the directory,
/home/pi/.node-red/node_modules/.node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate-fe4jhxbd/

I tried deleting the directory,

/home/pi/.node-red/node_modules/.node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate,

Then restarting node-red, but no change in startup.

That's not what I said. Read again.

I am sorry, I deleted the directory

/home/pi/.node-red/node_modules/node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate/

after I saw mistake, I deleted the directory,

/home/pi/.node-red/node_modules/.node-red-contrib-tts-ultimate-fe4jhxbd/

Now it is ok, no more warnings about tts-ultimate.
