I have started using the form widget recently and found it super helpful and better than manually creating a form with the separate widgets/nodes. The reason in my case is that multiple people can be using the form at the same time and it was quite annoying when somebody else for example changes your selection for the dropdown item. The form widget solves all of this except that it's missing a dropdown element. It's typical in forms to have a dropdown element in addition to the currently available elements and I would love to see this.
Another side feature that would be nice to have is the ability to add an instruction element. Just like a line item with no selection or entry needed, and it just gives some instructions about the next question or set of questions.
