Filtering Array Data from 2 source and matching them?

sorry for my broken english and i will try to explain my question well

this is one of my array.

and here is the second one.

my objective is to create a table to match both of these data.

I am trying to match the data start with general to the second array general

example: General -> Genneral Union Name : Y 33
Winning -> Winnings Total(GU) : 0

but I have no idea which nodes should I use to filtering or matching
