The Role: Solution Engineer
As a Solution Engineer at FlowFuse, you'll be a technical advisor for our customers, guiding them from their first evaluation of FlowFuse to long-term success. You'll work across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery and technical demos to post-sales onboarding and strategic expansion.
This is a great opportunity to leverage your Node-RED expertise to solve real-world problems for a wide range of customers.
What you'll do:
- Partner with our sales team to deliver tailored demos and technical proof-of-concepts.
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they get the most out of FlowFuse.
- Work with customers to optimize their solution design and explore new use cases for our platform.
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing ongoing best practices and training.
What we're looking for:
- Multiple years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Deep expertise in industrial automation, IIoT, or related fields.
- Experience with Node-RED, MQTT, OPC-UA, SCADA systems, PLCs, or edge computing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for helping customers and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
